my second workshop featured sculpting a doll of sorts and the making of a story box.
again, another group of fabulously talented ladies!
the diversity of their dolls and styles were very fun and creative.
some even hilarious!
i wish i would have had the time to hear the stories behind each of the story boxes.
this little box is so sweet i just love it.
not everyone finished their boxes.
i now realize that this was quite a large project to undertake in approx. 6 hours.
a lot of details.
doing it again, i would maybe simplify a few things down.
possibly a smaller box or something.
i also wasn't a very good picture taker in this class!
i wish i would have gotten pics of everyone with their pieces!!! ugh!
next time! :)
***if you were in my class and you're reading this would you do me a favor and put your blog address in the comments and which piece is yours so that my readers can see more of your art? thanks!
wow, what fun~! Can you move to Texas?? lol

Maybe you feel like you didn“t take enough pictures, but the ones presented here are awesome! 1. Your camera must be great. 2. YOU must be great! 3. The set-up looks so good! I use gif-pics now, to save space, but the colors suck compared to this.
Anyway. Your class looks like so much fun, and I am just rambling away on the picture-quality desperately trying to forget how much I regret not taking this class with you! The boxes and everything in them look amazing!

These are great! I am an aspiring art teacher so I immediately think that these would make an awesome ceramics type lesson. I really enjoy looking at all your stuff. I LOOVE the artist journals too!
