Great artist and blog! Thanks for the link!

I haven't been to this hotel. It is in NY.
Every room is painted by a different artist.

The American Art Museum(same building as the National Portrait Gallery)is a really fun place. It's part of the Smithsonian but not on the mall itself. What sorts of places are you interested in? Lots here to see and do!

I *LOVE* Lisa's work!. Your trip is going to be fantastic.. NYE.. Love NYE, can I go??? :)

Wow... what a fun trip!! D.C. has so many neat things to see... you will have a blast! Look forward to traveling with you via photos. ;)

Like chocolate? My friend Kirsten recommends these:
La Maison du Chocolat
30 Rockefeller Centre
49th Street
NY 10020 New-York

Have hot chocolate (I know it's summer, but it's worth it!) at:

Jacques Torres Chocolate
350 Hudson at King Street (1 block South of Houston)
New York, NY 10014

Loved D.C.~! Mount Vernon and Montecello were my faves though (outside the district)

Ah! How funny...Lisa Wharton's work is for sale in Polkadot on South Pearl, the same boutique carrying my line! I love her stuff and have to agree with you about her blog!

Have fun in NY, D.C and Philly!!!
