I'd like to introduce you to one of my favorite artists, Bill Fink of Primitive Twig. He is a character through and through which comes across perfectly in his work. He's always telling stories and I'm never quite sure which ones I should believe and which ones I shouldn't!
He and his wife create their dolls out of old found objects in their New York studio. Aren't they just wonderful! I just looked at their website and realized they don't have any of the dolls on it but you can find some of them here.
Another amazing artist. I LOVE creative people! : )
Incredible! This fellow and his creativity is exactly why I love art. I would love to meet this guy and hear some of those stories!
Thank you too for stopping by my little blog and your sweet comments... hey and I forget my bags and have to do a juggling act too! LOL.
Stay True to You,
Candace

Fun art!!
It kind of reminds me of Sid from Toy Story though.
I wonder if he got his start ripping the heads off of Barbies as a kid?
You find the neatest stuff!

I met Bill at the Atlanta Gift Show a few years ago... he is quirky but SO nice! Love his dolls... I can see his inspiration in the dolls on the wall in your sun room... love them too.

These dolls are very unique and fun to look at. I am always amazed that there is so much creativity out there. Hey, I emailed you dates and times at your whimsical clock address. Take a look and let me know what works for you.

Those dolls are strangely cool. I would never think that putting those things together would create such a interesting looking piece of art.
