i love that julie! so thoughtful. praying for your injury to heal in time. i also love that tammy - she put me to sleep with her awesome massage - which is a big feat!


Michelle, I sure hope you heal quickly and are able to run your race. My sister-in-law just visited from Conn after completing a 26-mile walk for breast cancer. Before her (and you), I've never really known folks who actually run THAT FAR!! Way to go!


You might want to try some acupuncture. It works for me.
