One of the highlights of the trip is the grill out at Greg's dear friend Sandro. He has a beautiful piece of property in Tuscany that has panoramic views. Sandro and his wife put on a spread that is like nothing you have ever had. Yum and all I can say.
The hike up to the view point and the spot where he has a set of tables built and an outdoor bbq with lots of meat on it.
He built these table just for this trip. Very gracious host!
Several of Sandro's friends show up to help with all the work to put this on. Plenty of wine, bread, pasta, meat, salad, desert wine with biscoti and lots of laughs.
Beef and pork ribs, sausage, veal, and beef steak florentine. Wow, no one left hungry.
