The team took advantage of a rare sunny day at PIR this week to take a first ever group shot. A few people may be missing, but we think we got most of them.

 

Its great to see the team growing so quickly. We are becoming quite a presence at PIR on Mondays and Tuesdays.

May 30, 2010  Stephen Fitzgerald strikes again with a 1st place in the cat 2 mtb. race in Bend this weekend!  Way to go Fitz.  And to add to that strike Kevin Drake garners another awesome result placing 6th at the:  Way to go guys!

Braving the rain pays off!

A few of us start at Old Town Battle Grounds with a coffee and then a quick 26mile rain ride.  It was a little wet starting out but turned partly sunny by the end.  We had several guys racing the last two days so we will post results and pics as soon as they come in.  Hope to see you all Monday night at PIR for our usual ride.

Welcome!  The guys at Liberty Cycle Team have started a Junior race program:  Close 2 My Art Cycling Team.  Thank you to all of our sponsors for the great start to the 2010 race season.  Please take the time to check out the sponsor links on the right.  We have had a great turn out so far and are looking forward to the fun rides and races ahead. 

 

Our first race of the season for the juniors was a huge success.  Check the results page for a complete listing. 

 

Come join us on Monday nights at PIR for an evening of training on a closed course.  We have had quite a few kids showing up with lots of great riding. The start time on Monday night is 4:45-5pm until 6pm.  We hope to see you there!
