the original house when we bought it, had green doors through-out.
it was part of the reason i fell in love with the house.
my husband on the other hand was not quite as fond...
(the front door entry)
but.
he slowly came around.
and we were able to recycle most of the original doors. yay!
our new entry is MUCH smaller than our last home but i love the cheeriness of it so much more!
(the door above is actually a new one that we painted to match the existing.)
a closer look at the cute signage next to the doorway.
i'm still in nyc at the gift show... you can follow some of emilee and my other adventures on our facebook page if you like. :)

Love the green door! My house has all kinds of colors -- several different yellows, pale green, orange......

Gorgeous green. Goes well with the entry floor.

Hey, what's the name of the company that does the sign? I saw a bunch of them with different sayings in Leavenworth but can't seem to find the website or specific name. Love the door too!! You know I dig green :) sorry Gary xoxo

It's cool that you were able to recycle and put an artistic touch on the original doors! The green color gives out a somewhat relaxing feeling, and it matched the ala chessboard flooring. And that's a pretty cool door signage too!

What color is this?

How’s the door holding up? Does it still have the same color? You’ve mentioned that this door already existed before you moved in to the house. If you have no idea how old the doors are, you need to check these for cracks. It may be the right time to have these replaced, but you can still paint them with the same color. =D
